Department Manager – McDonald's Franchisee

ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Some managers also lead Departments. General duties include:
- Managing assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks; following up; and reporting results.
- Guest Service Department Manager: ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and maintaining organized Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely food delivery, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating crew throughout their tenure.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player, flexible schedule, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
