About the Job
Domino’s Pizza seeks a Customer Service Representative with personality, people skills, and enthusiasm for the pizza industry. Part‑time or full‑time schedules, flexible hours, and a supportive environment. The position offers the opportunity to grow into management and other roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare pizza products and other menu items.
• Receive and process telephone orders and in‑person orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Provide verbal, written, and telephone communication with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, bending.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone skills.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
Domino’s stores operate in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and mechanical parts. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying trays up to 12 lbs, pushing up to 7.5 lbs, stooping/bending up to 45 seconds per position, and reaching above 72°.
