You will perform unit make-readies and routine maintenance, support snow removal, grounds upkeep, and basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and painting.
This training role provides opportunities to grow within the maintenance trade. Ideal candidate has 1+ year maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and high school diploma.
