My client is one of Northwest Indiana’s most reputable and long-standing general contractors, with over a century of excellence in delivering high-quality projects. Specializing in healthcare, commercial, education, and industrial work, they have built a strong pipeline and continue to experience significant growth. To support this expansion, they are seeking a self-driven, experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team.

• Manage daily jobsite operations, overseeing subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings, codes, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison between project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, owners, and clients
• Maintain daily reports and documentation; monitor progress and proactively communicate delays or concerns
• Assist project managers with cost control, change tracking, and issue resolution
• Identify risks or conflicts that may impact schedule, budget, or quality and implement corrective strategies
• Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards; conduct jobsite safety meetings and routine inspections

• 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Proficiency with construction/project management software
• Experience developing and managing schedules using Microsoft Project
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
