Promotions Attendant

Responsible for various duties in the Marketing and Promotions department including but not limited to assisting guests with questions, assisting with promotions and events, and distributing promotional literature/answering questions at on‑site and off‑site events.

• Assist customers by answering questions and distributing promotional coupons, flyers, and related collateral during on‑site and off‑site events and promotions.
• Assist with tournaments, promotions, and special events.
• Perform duties in a pleasant, helpful, and courteous manner at all times.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior clerical experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to effectively operate standard office equipment.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
