Compensation: $175,000 - $275,000 + Bonus + Executive Benefits Package

What You'll Be Doing

Provide strategic financial leadership for the organization
Partner with executive leadership on business planning and decision-making
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Lead cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital planning
Develop and enhance financial reporting and performance metrics
Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and potential acquisitions
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Experience partnering with executive teams and ownership groups
Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills
Proven success leading finance and accounting functions
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
