As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and you are accountable for the oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs is a key component of the role. You will also:

• Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths, address development opportunities, and reduce knowledge gaps.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.

Pay Range
: $60.00 – $76.00 per hour (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary).

The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs in addition to the base pay range listed above.
