Specialty Pharmacy Manager position in Michigan City, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent healthcare role with leadership opportunities in clinical pharmacy management and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care.

• Active pharmacist license in Indiana required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience; 5+ years preferred
• Leadership experience and specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Motivated, flexible, and ready to embrace new challenges in a growing healthcare business
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver quality patient care
• Provide clinical consultation, medication reconciliation, and support transitions of care
• Advise healthcare professionals and patients on medication selection, procurement, distribution, and safe use
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing staff education for clinical pharmacists
• Direct and precept pharmacy students and residents
• Lead cost-effective formulary management and participate in protocol/policy development
• Review adverse events related to medication use and recommend process improvements
• Review prescriptions and medication orders for appropriateness and safety
• Participate in local and system-wide committees to improve medication use processes
• Draft, review, and revise medication-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetic consults, renal dosing, parenteral nutrition management, and anticoagulation management
