Position Summary – LMSW Social Worker

Position Duties – Discharge planning, communication with patients and families, and running therapeutic groups and contributing to therapeutic environment in a behavioral health setting.

Minimum Required Qualifications – LMSW / LCSW, licensed in IN; AHA BLS;
De‑escalation training such as CPI (can obtain that training on site but must be done at first available class); 3+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting;
Experience with inpatient behavioral health, discharge planning, communication with patients and families, and running therapeutic groups and contributing to therapeutic environment.

Length of Assignment – 13 weeks

Shift / Hours per Week – M‑F, able to start at 7, 8, or 9am.
