Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and values.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and conduct thorough phone and video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide hiring recommendations and guide managers on selection best practices.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare and extend offers, coordinating with HR and hiring managers on compensation and onboarding details.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, etc.) to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
