Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and values.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and conduct thorough phone and video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.
- Provide hiring recommendations and guide managers on selection best practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare and extend offers, coordinating with HR and hiring managers on compensation and onboarding details.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Partner with HR to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, etc.) to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Salary: 75,000 - 80,000
