Salary: $19.73 – $24.92 per hour.

• Receive shift assignments and regular duties as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or production schedules.
• Accurately assemble subassemblies and finished products in a safe and timely manner.
• Communicate production issues that may impact delivery timelines or product quality to the Production Supervisor.
• Utilize a variety of power and hand tools, including screwdrivers, torque drivers, epoxy/glue dispensers, light bench‑top machinery, and programming and calibration equipment, to support assembly and testing operations.
• Demonstrate expert‑level knowledge of all equipment and products assigned to the production line.
• Maintain effective communication with all employees to promote positive employee morale.
• Organize work areas before, during, and after assignments; maintain general housekeeping and workstation organization.
• Train new employees as required.
• Address minor employee concerns and conflicts in a professional manner.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid authorization to work in the United States issued by the Department of Homeland Security.
• Minimum of 90 days of service required.

• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English, and to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to count and sort accurately.
• Ability to interact and communicate respectfully with coworkers and management.
• Ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to control the operation of hand and/or foot controls.
• Ability to frequently turn wrists in a repetitive manner.
