Imagine starting your shift with a quick handoff from the previous crew. A conveyor sensor is misreading, a filler needs adjustment, and a preventive maintenance task is due on a packaging line. You diagnose, repair, document, and get production moving again—safely and efficiently. That’s a typical day for our Industrial Maintenance Technicians supporting a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing operation.

Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimize downtime

Fine-tune equipment for optimal throughput and quality

Accurately log downtime events and root causes

Replace/repair components and parts as required

Set up production lines to spec for changeovers

Respond rapidly to calls to support on-time schedules

Join maintenance and equipment training to sharpen skills

Contribute to continuous improvement activities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance

What you bring1–2 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred

Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems

Proven ability to independently diagnose and fix equipment issues

Comfort using manual and pneumatic hand tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder height

Clear, organized communicator and team contributor

High school diploma or equivalent required

Relevant certifications are a plus
