Attention all Nurse Practitioners: we are seeking independent contractor partners to provide services to our Military Service members.
We primarily work weekends, with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of _________, on an "as needed" basis.
Requirements- Provide health readiness services to maintain a deployable military force for:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview military personnel to identify current and prior medical concerns, including behavioral health.
- Document interview results using the proprietary system.
- Supervising Physician may be required depending on state regulations.
- Active NP license in the state.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health preferred.
- Experience with mobile medical services and military systems preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, extended hours, various locations, including remote military installations, and travel, with weekend availability preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Note:
Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
