CDJR Lake Orion is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and customer-focused professional who can efficiently manage service orders, communicate effectively with customers and technicians, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
• Write repair orders and clearly communicate service details between customers and technicians.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time to customers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures and parts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with parts department and service technicians to expedite service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the service management systems.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive service environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and service processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
