Automotive Assistant Service Manager – Keusch Auto (Eagle, MI)
Location: 15113 S. Wright Rd, Eagle, MI 48822
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually + bonus opportunities
Keusch Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Eagle, MI
. This position acts as the bridge between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager—ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and shop performance goals are met. If you have leadership experience in automotive service and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you!
- Be the main contact for customers—explain repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling and workflow.
- Support and supervise service advisors and technicians.
- Maintain accurate service records and track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Competitive pay: $55,000 – $65,000 annually + bonus.
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends).
