FORVIA HELLA is seeking its next great Venture Associate to join our small but agile team. The primary function of this role is to identify, evaluate, and support strategic investments that align with HELLA’s long‑term goals. This individual will be joining a small and agile team that is helping to move the electric vehicle market forward.

HELLA VENTURES is the corporate venture arm of HELLA, a FORVIA company. Founded in 2015 in Silicon Valley and now headquartered in Michigan, we scout and invest in early‑stage startups that offer strategic value to HELLA’s global business units. • Identify and evaluate startups and emerging technologies that align with overall strategic focus areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies and organizational business units to foster integration and value creation.
• Build and maintain relationships with VCs, accelerators, and innovation hubs.
• Work closely with internal business groups to understand their needs and align venture activities accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, consulting, or a startup environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies, especially in mobility, energy, and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
