Scheduler, Business

This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Saginaw, Michigan. This is working onsite in Sagninaw, MI.

The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit.

• Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short-range forecasting, etc.
• Communicate effectively in line with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups
• Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications
• Support emergent matters in line with the business unit's processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.
• Perform business unit specific tasks as needed; may include various reporting and taking appropriate action, identifying training opportunities, creating standards, etc.
• Other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent onlocation,experience,expectation)

Thepayrangethat Magnitreasonablyexpectstopayforthispositionis:$ 17 - $21.50/hr
