Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Strategic Planning:
  Lead the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with executive goals.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial or operational variances, and report business performance to senior leadership.
• Market & Financial Analysis:
  Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities or potential risks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Collaborate with various departments to ensure to align departmental objectives with overall corporate strategy.
• Stakeholder Reporting:
  Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders.
• Special Projects:
  Evaluate business development opportunities, including market expansion, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Essential

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate planning, management consulting, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and management principles.
• Advanced abilities in data analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze information and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 5 %
• Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
