What you’ll do:

Manage timelines and deliverables for client campaigns and internal projects

Coordinate across media buying, tech, sales, and client success teams

Track progress and flag risks before they become problems

Keep stakeholders updated on status

Maintain project documentation and workflows

Help improve processes to keep future projects running smoother

Strong organizational skills

Experience with project management tools

Clear communicator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
