We are seeking a Lead Estimator with more than 10 years of commercial construction estimating experience. Must have a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or a Certification in Construction Management to join our team. Training in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a PLUS.

Key responsibilities include estimating Design/Build and conceptual projects, reviewing drawings and specifications, generating preliminary budgets, preparing scopes of work and proposals, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

• Experience estimating Design/Build and conceptual projects, as well as bidding plan and specification projects
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understands project drawings and specifications with an ability to review drawings for completeness
• Can work closely with the Project Team to generate preliminary budgets for Design/Build projects
• Can prepare scopes of work and proposals for Design/Build and Construction Management pursuits
• Can maintain existing and foster new relationships with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Provide Value Engineering options for Design/Build and Construction Management statement of qualifications and proposals
• Is proficient with Microsoft Suite products (MS Project, Excel, Word), and Bluebeam
• Experience with web-based project management software, such as Procore, as well as estimating programs
