Construction Foreman

We are a local family-owned road construction company that has been in business since 1976. Currently, we are hiring a Heavy Civil Project Foreman to help us complete our local projects. Come be a part of building something!

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience managing 5+ people
• Valid Driver's License

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Adhering to our motto of Safety first, then Quality, then Production
• The ability to successfully handle different personalities (people skills)
• The ability to successfully multitask
• Knowledge of installing Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Watermain
• The ability to understand project plans and grade stakes
• The Ability to Shoot Grade
• Providing alternate methods to increase field production and efficiency’s
• Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment
• Complete recording of daily production and materials used
• Have the forethought to look ahead and anticipate needs and or problems
• Company vehicle
• Company gas card
• Company mobile phone or money towards your current mobile phone plan
• Company laptop and or iPad
• 401K Matching 3%

Work will typically (seasonal) 9 months out of the year:
March through November
