Responsabilità:La figura dovrà supportare il team nell’avvio del nuovo Customer Portal aziendale. Il candidato ideale ha elevata capacità di problem solving, creatività, interesse per l’utilizzo di piattaforme digitali e spiccato orientamento al cliente.
Mansioni:- Collaborare alla configurazione del nuovo portale clienti aziendale
- Gestire l’operatività del portale in fase di avvio
- Effettuare analisi e report di utilizzo del portale
- Fornire supporto nell’ottimizzazione della customer experience
- Laurea (preferibilmente in Marketing/Informatica)
- Corsi di specializzazione su Digital e Customer Service sono un plus
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Competenze Relazionali:- Organizzazione
- Ottima gestione del tempo
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Esperienza:Esperienza minima pregressa in ambito Customer Portal / Customer Service / Digital Platform è un plus
