• Greet and welcome visitors to the community.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
