We are looking for a personable, highly organized, and process-oriented customer service professional in our front office. The position works closely with our customers and sales team members to receive and process orders for supplies and equipment via email, phone, and in person while ensuring compliance with Mark Pack s standards and guidelines. In this role you will report to our Office Manager to:

• Use your 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and orientation for details to process orders, support the unique needs of our sales team, make pro-active outbound phone calls to customers and generally assist the customer or other employees in any way possible while managing multiple priorities
• Be personable and relationship driven and be comfortable navigating gray spaces while knowing when to ask for support
• Bring problem solving and strong follow-through skills to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers  requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
• Leverage your strong technology skillset to navigate Outlook and Microsoft Office along with our ERP system with optimal accuracy and efficiency

• Compensation of $44,000 to $52,000 annually
