Customer Service Representative​/Administrative Assistant

The Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while accurately recording orders and data. This position will offer an 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule and will pay be $18/hr previous experience in a customer service role is required.

• On a timely basis, accurately perform order entry using customer provided purchase orders
• Review and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness
• Provide excellent customer service and support, demonstrating prompt and courteous service, order accuracy and follow-up.
• Support Sales, Marketing and Purchasing functions
• Assist with general office clerical duties and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of clerical/data entry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft products – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Drug free workplace with pre‑employment screening
