Customer Communications Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

Bath Works of Michigan specializes in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and hungry to grow.

You’ll be a key part of the customer journey, guiding homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel and making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.

Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact

Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, timelines, and important details

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to create a seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate project notes and follow-up so no detail gets missed

Outgoing, people-first personality with strong communication skills

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects at once

A team player who takes ownership, follows through, and is hungry to learn and grow
