Position Summary
The Presidential Ambassador serves as a representative of the University at special events and programs hosted or supported by the Office of the President. Ambassadors help create a welcoming and professional experience for guests, students, families, alumni, donors, and other members of the University community.
Responsibilities- Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of the University and the Office of the President.
- Assist with guest check-in, registration, seating, directions, and general event support.
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
- Help ensure events run smoothly by responding to guest questions and providing general assistance.
- Assist with special activities, ceremonies, receptions, dinners, and other University events.
- Follow instructions provided by event coordinators and University leadership.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the University.
- Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
Hours will vary based on the University’s event schedule. Work may include daytime, evening, and weekend events throughout the academic year.
