* We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at Birch Street Dental Care in Kalkaska, MI. This role is vital in delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction while aligning with our commitment to excellence in oral health.

* Responsibilities
* * Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatments for patients.

* Perform various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals.

* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.

* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.

* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

* Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.

* Manage patient assessments and treatment plans effectively.

* Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

* Qualifications
* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.

* Strong skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry.

* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

* Experience with dental software, such as Dentrix.
