Are you a highly motivated and energetic dental professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We are looking for a part-time treatment coordinator to join our team!

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Minimum of one year of dental office experience
• Great personality with high energy
• Strong understanding of treatment presentation and insurance verification
• Adaptability to fluctuating office hours (8–5, 9–6, 10–7) depending on office needs
• Ability to work 2-3 days

• Part-time position with a competitive salary
