Position Details:

• Job Title: Locum - Physician - Pediatrics
• Location: Near Ubly, MI
• Shift Type: 24-hour call coverage
• Dates Needed:
  • Monday, October 21st, 6:00 AM Monday, October 28th, 7:00 AM
  • Monday, October 28th, 7:00 AM Monday, November 4th, 7:00 AM
  • Monday, November 18th, 6:00 AM Monday, November 25th, 7:00 AM
  • Wednesday, November 27th, 7:00 AM Monday, December 2nd, 7:00 AM
• Call Requirements: 24-hour call for routine newborn care (Nursery Level I)

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification: Pediatrics - Required
• Licensure: Michigan medical license and CSR (Controlled Substance Registration) Required at time of submission, no exceptions
• Certifications: BLS and PALS (American Heart Association) Required
• DEA License: Verbal confirmation required at time of name submission
• Background: Clean background required for quick credentialing No exceptions

Additional Information:

• Rate Information: Submit your best rate, including all fees (malpractice, lodging, etc.)
• Holiday and Overtime Rates: Must be submitted at the time of rate submission
• Documentation System: CPSI/Evident
• Malpractice Rates: Must be included in the submitted rate
