NP​/PA - Critical Care - Lakeland Hospital - St. Joseph & Niles, MI

Corewell Health South is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practitioner to join our expanding Critical Care team in Southwest Michigan. Desired candidates are patient‑centered, team‑oriented, and have experience in ICU or emergency medicine.

The Critical Care Team provides 24/7 inpatient coverage at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph and at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, Niles, which feature state‑of‑the‑art Critical Care Units.

Block‑style schedule: rotating seven consecutive days on followed by seven days off. Shifts are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Opportunity to rotate between shifts and sites.

• Perform central line, arterial line, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and intubation procedures.

• Provide independent patient care with on‑site support during rounds with an intensivist physician.

• Receive backup via phone or telemedicine as needed.

Team includes 10 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners.
