• Location: Harrison Middle School
• Reports To: SPARKS Coordinator
• Work Days: 3-4 hours per day, includes after school Mon – Thurs, up to 16 hours per week
• Starting Date: September 2025, with pre-service orientation prior to start
• Qualifications: Experience working with students in corresponding grade levels. Valid teaching certificate required. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage program logistics, safety protocols, and student behavior. Familiar with youth development practices. Must pass a criminal background check.
• Job Objective: The Site Supervisor will perform site leadership duties including supporting frontline staff, overseeing program quality, and fostering a positive program culture. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating activities, and communicating with school partners to ensure safety, compliance, and reporting standards. The Site Coordinator will provide support and guidance.
