• Develop and implement fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and maintain licensing and company standards.
• Build relationships with families to promote child achievement and support center success.

• Minimum 18 years old, experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Meet state educational requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
