Provide instruction tosite
Electrical Maintenance technicians using industry accredited program materials integrated with the latest innovative training products and techniques in accordance withall industry and federal standards.
Current to November 2026 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze, Design, develop and implement the Electrical Maintenance training program.
- Integrate program curriculum into a predictable training schedule.
- Analyze student performance gaps and apply appropriate remediation.
- Analyze exam results for understanding of student and/or program shortfalls.
- Provide oversight of student behaviors and demonstration of knowledge comprehension
- Resolve programmatic gaps from student feedback and management observations.
- Timely communication of program challenges and student academic performance gaps
- Maintain program configuration control through the Vision™software database.
- Apply “Adaptive Learning” as appropriate.
- Execute GDAR mode for missing milestones, program delays, and gapsidentifiedunder self-assessments.
- Implement On-The-Job
-Training (OJT) and laboratory evaluations. - Participate in Academic Review Boards
- In field observations of Electrical Maintenance technicians
- Maintainrelationshipwith the line organization by participating, as needed, in hiring/selection process, training committees, job performance analysis and peer group calls.
- BS degree preferred(not required) in engineering/physical scienceor equivalent experience
- PreferredINPO or site certified instructor of accredited program
Training
- Preferred:5+ years of providing knowledge and skills-based training to electrical maintenance technician sin anuclearaccredited program, or
- 5+ years of training electrical maintenance technician sin non-nuclear field
- 5+ years in designing accreditednucleartrainingprograms;
Schedule/Curriculum/Governance, or - 5+ yearsin designing non-nuclear trainingprogramsforelectrical maintenance technicians
- Preferred – 5+ years asanelectrical maintenance technicianor supervisor.
- 5+ years non-nuclearelectrical maintenance technician or supervisor(e.g.gas,oil, coal,hydro,chemical.manufacturing)
