Hours are 10:15-2:00

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Endeavour Elementary Wing as a Lunch Aide. This part-time position is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students during lunchtime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising students, ensuring their safety, and promoting positive social interactions among peers.

• Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist students in locating their seats and managing their lunch items.
• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among students.
• Monitor student interactions to ensure compliance with school rules and regulations.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the lunch area by cleaning tables and assisting with the disposal of trash.
• Provide support to students with special needs as required.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding any concerns or incidents.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children.
• Must pass a background check and comply with school district policies.
• Availability to work during lunch hours on weekdays.
