Salary/Compensation: $16.50/hr.; up to 20 hours per week, part-time

Work Environment: In-Person

NOTE: This is a grant funded position and is subject to available grant funding.

Primary Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and maintain participant records in the Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS) within state deadlines.

Track pre-/post-testing, attendance, instructional hours, Measurable Skill Gains, and follow-up outcomes for NRS reporting.

Run MAERS error reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready student files.

Prepare data for grant applications, state reports, and monitoring visits (WIOA Title II, Sections 107 and 225).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working knowledge of the Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS) preferred.

Working knowledge of data and instruction software preferred (i.e. CASAS/TOPSpro, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excel/Sheets).

Minimum two years of experience in data entry, records management, or reporting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring state reporting deadlines independently.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student records.

Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Strong organizational skills.

Must pass a criminal background check and obtain Genesee County Jail security clearance.

Must meet other requirements as deemed appropriate by the Mt. Morris Board of Education.
