What You Need:

• Experience working with students preferred
• Must demonstrate the ability to establish an effective rapport with children
• Must be able to work effectively with children and adults
• Must have strong knowledge of childhood development
• Must be able to work with a team in a positive manner
• Must role model good behavior
• Must be flexible
• Ability to collaborate with building staff and parents
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively staff and students
• Maintainroutinesin the cafeteria, classroom, and/or outside
• Supervision of students in different settings
• Focus on safety and structure
• Must focus on positive behaviors
• Effective communication skills
