The Girls Camp Director at Miniwanca, Shelby, Michigan, is a year-round leader responsible for planning and directing the residential summer camp program for girls. The role ensures a safe, inclusive community for ~350 participants and 75+ staff, with responsibilities spanning planning, staffing, risk management, and stakeholder relations.
Hybrid remote option available; on-site residency required during staff training and camp sessions (June–August 2026).
