• Perform analysis on semiconductor devices to determine failure mechanism and root cause of customer returned, internal qualifications and product development.
• Failure analysis activities include non destructive and destructive analysis as well as working with chemicals.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in failure analysis of semiconductor devices
• In depth understanding of semiconductor physics, MOS and a detailed transistor level understanding of a variety of analog and logic circuits
• A persistent attention to details and a high level of comfort in investigative nature of activities.
• Must have excellence written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong fault isolation experience is desired. For instance, hands on experience with light emission microscopy, various laser injection techniques and EOTPR / TDR
• Strong IC deprocessing skills (wet and dry)
• Knowledge in CMOS IC fabrication and test are beneficial
• Hands-on experience with lab equipments, including oscilloscopes, semiconductor parameter analyzers, functional testers, or ebeam tools such as SEM and FIB.

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, physics or related course.
