We are seeking a Project Manager for ADAS Radar to join our growing ADAS team. The role focuses on the development of next‑generation radar above current production generations.

• Own end‑to‑end management of automotive Radar (ADAS) programs, ensuring balanced delivery of quality, cost and timing to meet program KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and purchasing from project start through EOP.
• Plan and track milestones, risks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with OEM requirements and achievement of quality, cost, timing and commercial targets.
• Manage program changes, assess impact on scope, cost, timing and profitability with disciplined change control.
• Define, coordinate and steer work packages using standard automotive program management tools and governance processes.
• Represent the program to OEM customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment and proactive issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field).
• 5+ years experience managing complex automotive projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, etc.).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation planning throughout program phases.

• Experience in Radar Technology.
• 8+ years experience in the automotive industry.
