CAD Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a mid to senior-level CAD Technician with expertise in Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D, ideally with experience in process-related work such as pump stations, water/wastewater treatment plants, and collection systems. You will collaborate with our engineering team on various projects in and around Metro Detroit, focusing on drafting, drawings, and design-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Support engineering team with CAD-related tasks including drafting, drawings, and design work.
- Participate in diverse projects located in Metro Detroit.
- Utilize Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D to execute project tasks.
- Contribute to process-related projects, such as pump stations and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician/Drafter.
- Proficiency in Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D design skills.
- Experience with water/wastewater-related projects, including pump stations and collection systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- An associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- 10 or more years of experience in a related field is a bonus.
The position is based in our Metro Detroit office, with projects in and around the area. Work hours are Monday through Friday, typically 40-50 hours per week, with paid overtime and the opportunity to work remotely one day per week after training. Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
