Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality into new product development and manufacturing processes.
- Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Ensure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and statistical skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100).
