CJ24-1143 Moscow Project Coordinator with Security Clearance Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager with development, design, planning, and execution phases for construction and renovation projects the secure areas of the Secure Chancery Facility, the Existing Office Building and Embassy Compound.
• Act as project coordinator for construction and renovation projects. Coordinate with various sections to ensure smooth execution and successful completion of projects.
• Ensure that plans and drawings comply with appropriate specifications and produce "as built" drawings in accordance with accepted industry practices.
• Properly file and catalog drawings paying particular attention to security matters at all times.
• Report to the Facilities Supervisor and coordinate work directly with the Facility Manager or his/her designee.

• One year experience in the building trades or construction fields as a scheduler or planner.
• Two years experience in the operation of Auto CAD 2000 or higher and an Associate's degree in drafting, CAD or Architecture Technology. An additional two years of directly related experience may be substituted for the associate's degree.
• The experience must include working from sketches, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and manufacturers' operations and maintenance manuals and be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Must be 21 years of age; completed secondary school or obtained a GED and a Top Secret clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
