Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage Project Document Library
• Maintain Project Management Plans
• Organize and analyze Project Data
• Update Project Status Reports
• Communicate with Vendors, team members and stakeholders
• Assist in managing Risk and Operating Experience
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules
• Participate in and occasionally lead Project Meetings
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cost estimates
• Track and report project status for actions, documents, implementation, etc.
• Prepare for project audits
• Follow the project process flows and complete or arrange for the completion of, predecessor and successor tasks.
• Meet a schedule of deadlines while still maintaining a high quality of work
• Ensure the project plans and management documents are prepared, approved, communicated, and maintained

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or vocational school such as electronics. Without a degree, must have 2-5 years’ experience in project management processes or nuclear experience.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable of client’s project management processes including knowledge of the PMI-PMBOK and INPO 09-002 Excellence in Nuclear Project Management, preferred
• Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.
• Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
