Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for manufacturing equipment.
- Integrate robotic systems, vision systems, and other advanced automation technologies into production lines.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to automation hardware and software.
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and uptime through automation improvements.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams on automation projects and support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and processes.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) for industrial automation.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) for programming, integration, and maintenance.
- Skills in designing, developing, and implementing SCADA and HMI systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control system hardware and wiring.
- Experience with industrial vision systems and various sensors for automated applications.
- Experience with industrial vision systems for quality control and inspection.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for OEE, downtime, and production metrics.
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and IT/OT convergence concepts.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration.
