Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution Minimum of 5 years of quality related experience

Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in a technical related field

Aerospace investment casting quality/engineering/manufacturing experience

Working knowledge of quality systems and requirements and how they relate to business (i.e. AS9100, NADCAP).Familiarity with turbine engine components

Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community

Lead/Support the implementation of initiatives necessary to improve product quality and delivery

Experienced in PPAP and APQPKey on talent development. Conducting performance appraisals of direct reports – Quality Engineers and Technicians Effectively communicate & present information to all levels of the organization – shop floor, direct reports, and management.
