This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products.
Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Job Purpose:The Senior Project Engineer will plan, coordinate internal projects from initiation through completion.
In this role you will coordinate and direct activities of fixed duration to ensure that the goals or objectives are accomplished within the determined timeframe and budget.
Key Accountabilities:- Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing or manufacturing.
- Monitor project progress, assess issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Review status of projects and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
- Drive and support integration of, and adherence to, corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of new facilities, processes, equipment, and utilities.
- 4 years in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects.
- Experience managing third party resources to deliver business results.
- Knowledge of the company's environmental health and safety standards
