  • Update and maintain work management and scheduling systems, including Asset Suite or similar applications.
  • Participate in post-work critiques, planning feedback reviews, apparent-cause evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and other organizations to resolve work package issues and facilitate work readiness.
  • Analyze alternatives and recommend solutions to technical, planning, scheduling, and execution challenges.
  • Ensure work packages comply with applicable station procedures, policies, technical requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies, industry representatives, vendors, and other external organizations when required.
  • Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization when assigned.

Work Assignment and Prioritization

  • Maintain awareness of planner workload and work-package status to support appropriate workload balancing across the team.
  • Assist in identifying and communicating Planning priorities based on online schedule needs, emergent work, outage milestones, equipment reliability priorities, and station commitments.
