Player's Club Supervisor – Kewadin Casinos
The Players Club Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Player's Club operates efficiently and maintains the highest level of customer service. The role supervises the Players Club team, provides attentive, cheerful, courteous, and professional service to all customers, internal and external, and strives to exceed expectations.
Essential Functions- Input and update player information daily into a player tracking database.
- Distribute coupons, packages, and Kewadin Credits to hotel guests, bus groups, and Casino patrons.
- Maintain weekly promotions such as random player picks, announcing winners, distributing prizes, and running daily and weekly promotions.
- Ensure team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about the Northern Rewards Club and benefits to members; educate customers on local attractions, dining, lodging, and events.
- Maintain the highest customer service standards.
- Stay updated on Direct Mail, Comping/Point System, and locations of departments within the Casino and Hotel complex; keep abreast of all promotions and events.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Immediate peers, cross-department peers, immediate supervisor, managers in other departments, and customers.
Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary; sitting, lifting up to 10 pounds; frequent use of hearing, typing, standing, walking, sitting, and vision. Exposure to noise, weather, heat/cold extremes, humidity, vibration, and air quality; potential hazards include constant computer use.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer relations field with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Certification/License: Must undergo a criminal background investigation under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database software; preferred knowledge of Player Tracking Systems and Hotel Tracking System; excellent communication skills (in person, writing, phone, email); ability to establish relationships with supervisors, coworkers, public; flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays; maintain confidentiality;
Native American preferred.
Salary: $16.20 per hour
