Role Summary

As a Clinical Research Associate II / Sr CRA in this full‑service organization, you will conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of oncology and general medicine clinical studies, develop and implement monitoring tools, and support clinical trial operations from a home‑based location in the Central U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Review study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms to validate quality and compliance.
  • Develop and implement monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to support quality assurance.
  • Create and update SOPs and training materials related to monitoring processes.
  • Coordinate site visits, track study progress, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Document monitoring activities, write reports, and issue follow‑up letters and action plans.
  • Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth study conduct.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and relevant software.
Certifications
  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent (preferred).
Necessary Skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Team‑work and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range

$70,100.00 – $
