Role Summary
As a Clinical Research Associate II / Sr CRA in this full‑service organization, you will conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of oncology and general medicine clinical studies, develop and implement monitoring tools, and support clinical trial operations from a home‑based location in the Central U.S.
Responsibilities- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Review study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms to validate quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to support quality assurance.
- Create and update SOPs and training materials related to monitoring processes.
- Coordinate site visits, track study progress, and resolve issues as needed.
- Document monitoring activities, write reports, and issue follow‑up letters and action plans.
- Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth study conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and relevant software.
- Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent (preferred).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Team‑work and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range
$70,100.00 – $
